1. Use of Our Website

You must use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a responsible manner. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or engage in any activity that may damage, disrupt, or harm our systems, services, or reputation.

2. Services

We provide digital marketing, advertising, branding, web development, and other related professional services. Specific service details, timelines, and scope of work will be communicated through official channels such as email, proposal documents, or invoices. Work will commence only after receipt of confirmation and the required advance payment, where applicable.

3. Payments

All payments must be made strictly as per the agreed quotation or invoice terms. Once a payment is made, it is generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or delay of ongoing services without prior notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and lawful information, including all required content, materials, access credentials, and timely approvals needed for successful project execution. Clients must ensure that any content supplied does not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights. Final responsibility for approvals, revisions, and usage of content rests with the client.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, strategies, creatives, and materials developed by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final agreed deliverables is transferred to the client. Our internal project files, source files, workflows, methodologies, and strategic frameworks remain our proprietary property unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

We may use third-party tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, hosting providers, analytics tools, and related services. We are not responsible for any downtime, technical failures, policy changes, ad rejections, account suspensions, or restrictions imposed by these third-party platforms. All such platforms operate under their own independent terms and policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any losses caused due to third-party decisions, advertising approvals, account bans, policy violations, external platform failures, business losses, revenue fluctuations, or performance variations. We are also not liable for issues arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client. All services are provided on a professional, best-effort basis without any guaranteed results.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all shared business information, strategies, documents, login credentials, and proprietary data unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are delayed, these terms are violated, or unethical or unlawful activities are identified. Clients may terminate services by providing written notice; however, all outstanding payment obligations must be cleared.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on this page.
